About

Enjoy a scenic ride and enjoy the beautiful trails of Southern Utah. Leaving from the North parking lot of the Iron County Fairgrounds. This excursion will take us up beautiful Paragonah Canyon and down Little Creek. Lunch and a t-shirt is included with registration. Drivers are encouraged to be experienced drivers as this can be a rocky excursion. All machines must be currently registered for public land use. Utah OHV laws will be enforced; for more information, see Utah Off-Highway vehicle laws.

We advise everyone to wear a helmet. It can save your life. Properly worn, a helmet won’t reduce vision or hearing and helps cut out windblasts. A helmet is mandatory on public land for riders under the age of 18.

Gloves, abrasion-resistant clothing, and over the ankle boots are also highly recommended.

Mufflers with an approved spark arrestor are required on all OHVs.

Anyone under 18 can operate an OHV on public land (no longer an 8-year-old minimum age requirement) if they are:

  • Able to reach and operate each control necessary to safely operate the off-highway vehicle and;
  • Have in their possession an OHV education certificate or a valid Driver’s License and;
  • Under direct adult supervision

Adult supervision is required if:

  • Under 18
  • Does not possess a valid driver’s license; and (Note: Learners permit requires licensed parent/guardian seated next to the driver (adult supervision))
  • Operating an OHV on a public highway that is:
  • Open to motor vehicles; and not exclusively reserved for OHV use.

Register with the above link. $30/person which includes a T-shirt and lunch.
